Stephen Dent’s career has been spent largely in various finance and investment activities. He’s been working, since 1982, exclusively in finance, investments and acquisitions. After a three-year stint with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Stephen joined the Acquisitions and Mergers department of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. upon completion of graduate school.

In addition, Stephen also joined Rosenkranz & Company, a private investment partnership that primarily dealt in acquisitions for their own accounts. Upon leaving, Stephen established DCI in 1986.

Stephen’s educational background consists of a BA and MBA from Harvard University. He is a licensed CPA and currently oversees all of DCI’s investment activity.

Among Stephen’s many interests, marine life is his number one hobby ever since he took a trip to Hawaii as a boy.
